Class registration for the entire 26 Sporting Breed Institute includes lunch Wednesday - Saturday, class book, and certificate of attendance. The ACEF and the Senior Conformation Judges Association conducted their NEW CERTIFICATION PROGRAM in KY on July 21, 2007. If you have attended an ACEF Graduate Institute, PRIOR TO 2007, you are aware that in the past the ACEF covered an entire Group and allowed 75 minutes per breed for both lecture and hands-on. You received 2 components or credits per breed. The ACEF recently held the entire HOUND Group at our Graduate Institute, March 14th-18th, 2007 in Louisville, KY. Due to the new AKC criteria and time constraints, the ACEF was required to meet the minimum 90-minute Verbal (lecture) Presentation. Students received a component credit from AKC for each 90 minute Breed Presentation they attended. Long days are ahead to attend an entire Group Institute! READ ON...

The week long 2007 Judges Institute was held in Arlington, VA, just minutes from Washington, D.C.. The dates were August 25th - 30th, 2007. As in the past there was a tremendous amount of canine education and an afternoon off as well as evenings to explore the nearby Washington D.C. area. Many fine speakers presented their subjects and left time for those special questions everyone seems to have or just verification of facts learned.
